At Fiesta Sports Coaching we have a clear pathway for success for every individual who works for us. We have a unique career pathway which starts as an young leader or apprentice all the way up to operations manager and strategic leadership team, we work with our employees to ensure they feel valued and can receive training to progress their career.

SPORTS COACHING
Whilst undertaking an apprenticeship or starting out as a coach with us at Fiesta Sports Coaching you will gain the ability to be able to deliver high quality and engaging PE lessons and lunchtime clubs. Candidates will become capable of preparing and planning lessons and appropriate activities suitable for Primary School Pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. You will learn all this as well as studying a level 3 or 4 in Sports Coaching and development.
OTHER ROLES AVAILABLE
It’s not just about sports coaching- we have a number of varied roles within our team including in marketing, finance and administration, business development and management. We are an inclusive company and value the strengths that people from a diverse range of backgrounds bring to our team. We pride ourselves on supporting staff with courses and continuous professional development that expand their knowledge and skill sets.
DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES
We work at schools and sporting venues across the East Midlands, and we are receiving new enquiries from schools wanting our services all the time! It is an exciting time to join Fiesta, as we are undergoing a period of expansion and growth.
What coach development opportunities do we aim to offer?
- Helping staff obtain an awareness of their own strengths and weaknesses, and encourage them to undertake further training in line with their career aspirations.
- Our coaches are made aware of the various aspects of children’s sporting development, including: Child Protection, Safeguarding, Player Development and so on.
- Our coaches have the opportunity to do funded BTECs and other qualifications in sports coaching (whether it’s a Multi-skills course, or Football coaching qualification, there’s plenty of scope for interest in other sporting activities).
- All of our staff who work directly with children have Paediatric First Aid qualifications.

Swimming Instructor
Monday – Friday
Term Time, Zero Hour Contact
We are looking for passionate and skilled Swim Instructors to join our team. Our swimming sessions take place in portable pools at primary schools across Desborough, Kettering, Corby, Peterborough, Market Harborough, and Rutland. We’re seeking instructors with a Level 2 Swim Teaching qualification who are dedicated to helping pupils build confidence and develop swimming skills in a safe, supportive environment.
Lifeguard Opportunities
Monday – Friday 35hrs per week
Term Time, Zero Hours
We are looking for a qualified Lifeguard to join our team and ensure the safety of participants during swimming lessons at our pop-up pools. This role requires working at various schools across Desborough, Kettering, Corby, Peterborough and Market Harborough.
